Edward L. Shepyer is a Senior Associate attorney at Glade Voogt Lopez Smith Felser PC. Ed concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, construction litigation, transactional matters, and appeals.
Ed brings a client-centered approach to Glade Voogt Lopez Smith Felser that he honed while representing low-income clients as a student attorney at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. There, Ed became highly attuned to the fact that every client’s case is important and deserves the utmost attention, no matter the stakes involved. Ed continues to base his practice on that principle by being committed to providing each client with quality representation and positive results, whether through litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
Since law school, and prior to joining Glade Voogt Lopez Smith Felser, Ed has clerked for the Honorable Paul A. King of the Douglas County District Court and practiced civil litigation at two Denver metro area law firms. Ed has appeared before state and federal courts throughout Colorado, successfully advocating for both individuals and businesses.
